Merriman’s 808.742.8385  An attractive setting, upstairs, in the Kukuiula Shopping Village. Expensive.  Emphasizes locally grown produce and beef. Merriman’s has a very good reputation around Hawaii.  However, we recommend checking the internet for more recent reviews.  For an informal meal, you may want to try Merriman’s Cafe, downstairs from the main restaurant.

A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods.
